Sometimes we build.
One problem, one working system. When the answer calls for a build, we choose that problem carefully and build what solves it: fitted to how your operation runs, set up in your own tools, tested on live data. Delivered with training, documentation, and support. Built by us; the keys are yours.
AI Care
Sometimes we stay.
A system that matters shouldn't be left to watch itself. If we built it, we can keep it in our care: monitored month by month, fixed when it falters, quietly improved as the work around it shifts. Your team stays on the business; we stay on the system. Only for what we built ourselves, because good care means knowing every wire.
AI Advisory
The AI seat at your table.
AI Advisory is direct access to an AI advisor whenever you need one. It works three ways: a one-off consultation when you have an AI decision to make, ongoing advisory while your team builds a project or product, and a second opinion on an implementation another company has proposed to you. Bring us a vendor contract you're about to sign, a budget waiting on approval, a build plan, or a single question. We examine it before you commit: the economics at your volume, where your data would sit, what compliance asks of you, the exit you'd have if it disappoints. You bring the decision. Our Principles

Our yes has to mean something.
If a goal isn’t achievable, a budget doesn’t match an ambition, or a limit exists in what we can do, you hear it in the first conversation, not the last. Constraints named early are what make a plan real. It costs us some easy yeses, and it’s why our yes means something.

Said simply, or not at all.
AI arrives wrapped in more jargon than any technology before it, and jargon is where bad decisions hide. So we work in plain language: every recommendation explained in business terms, what it costs, what it does, what can go wrong. When an idea can’t survive being said simply, that tells us something about the idea.

We’d rather do less, properly.
We take on a small number of projects and give each one our full attention. We spend real time on assessment before we commit. We enjoy what we do, and we never want to feel we’re rushing through things just to fit more in.

Our team comes from different countries, industries, and disciplines, and that’s deliberate. Business is not done the same way everywhere, and advice improves when more than one way of working is in the room. We disagree early, compare notes, and hand you the conclusion, not the debate.
