jcob.ai is operated by Jcob AI Artificial Intelligence Developing Services, a sole establishment owned by Synthia Jacob, licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (Professional Licence No. 1644553), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. “Jcob AI”, “we” and “us” refer to this establishment. 2. Agreement
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
3. What this site is
jcob.ai publishes analysis and commentary on AI in the UAE and the Gulf, describes how we work with clients, and lets you express interest in working with us through our waitlist and contact forms.
4. Working with us
What this site says about our work is for information. It explains how we approach advisory work, builds and ongoing care. It is not a binding offer, and nothing on this site creates a contract between us. We may change how we work, or stop offering any part of it, at any time. Every engagement is governed by a separate written agreement that fixes its scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. If anything on this site differs from a signed agreement, the agreement prevails. Where we build something for you, ownership and handover are set out in the engagement agreement. Fees are set in the proposal or the engagement agreement, not on this site.
5. Becoming a client
Joining the waitlist, submitting a form, exchanging messages or having a call with us does not make you a client, and creates no obligation on either side. A client relationship begins only when both parties sign an engagement agreement.
6. Not professional advice
Everything published on this site, from articles to descriptions of our work, is general information and opinion. It is not legal, financial, investment or technical advice for your specific situation. Decisions you make based on our content are your own. Advice tailored to your business is provided only within a signed engagement, and even there our counsel concerns AI and your operations: we are not a law firm, an accounting practice or a licensed financial adviser.
7. Case studies and results
Where we publish case studies, examples or testimonials, they describe specific clients in specific circumstances. They show how we work. They are not a promise that your results will be the same.
8. Out content
The articles, images and video on this site belong to us unless credited otherwise. You are welcome to share and quote our work with attribution and a link to the original. You may not republish articles in full, sell them, or use them to train machine learning systems without our written permission. The Jcob AI name and logo may not be used without our written permission.
9. Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities, or interfere with other visitors, and do not misrepresent any connection with us.
10. Comments
You are welcome to comment on our articles. You are responsible for what you write. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading or promotional, and do not share confidential information in a comment. By commenting you allow us to display your comment on the site. We moderate comments and may decline to publish or may remove any comment at any time.
11. Forms
When you join the waitlist or contact us, give us accurate information. Submitting a form does not make you a client and creates no obligation on either side. Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive information through the forms. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Third party links
Our articles link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
13. Accuracy
We work to make our analysis accurate at the time of publication. This field moves quickly, and older articles are not updated unless marked. The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind.
14. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law. Liability within a client engagement is governed by that engagement’s agreement, not by these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
